What our customers are saying...
"Berta was extremely friendly and helpful in helping me secure insurance in Atlanta for a great price. She explained the benefits to us clearly, which makes me feel better in the event that we need make a claim."
"The whole team was extremely helpful in setting us up with renter's insurance for our apartment in Buckhead, even though we knew very little about what our lease required of us. We needed a quick turnaround, which we got along with a great rate."
"I recommended Whitney to my son's girlfriend. A quick call was made to Whitney, and as always she provided great service and placed the insurance. I will continue to send insurance opportunities to her!"
Frequently Asked Questions
Not at all. In fact, because we maintain such close relationships with our insurance carriers, we're often able to negotiate better pricing than direct-to-consumer companies can.
You bet! Our insurance carriers are rated as high or better with AM Best than the "big guys" you’re probably thinking about. Plus, we actually represent some of the ones you see ads for like: Allstate, Liberty Mutual, Progressive, The Hartford, Travelers and more. Visit AM Best's website and see how our carriers compare.
It depends on the type of policy and the complexity of what you’re trying to insure. For homeowners insurance and personal auto insurance, we can usually provide you with a quote over the phone or very quickly via email, if you prefer. Many small business insurance policies can also be quoted just as quickly. For more complex situations that require the insurance carrier to perform an inspection of your home or business, it will take longer.
Of course! You’re a person not a policy number. One thing we're proud of as independent insurance agents is that relationship with our clients is more important than anything else. If you're not happy, we're not happy. Try getting that out of an automated help line!
